The Browser Add-On That Earns Me Amazon Rewards Without Thinking About It

Hey there,

You ever have one of those days where your brain is just done? Like, even picking a snack feels like too much effort? Well, I had one of those last winter, tired, cranky, one eye on the Amazon cart, one eye on the clock. I was ordering a last-minute space heater because our basement turned into an icebox overnight.

I clicked “Buy Now,” and this little pop-up appeared in the corner of my screen:
You just earned 110 points.I hadn’t done anything. I didn’t click anything special. Just shopped like usual. That’s when I remembered, I had a browser extension running quietly in the background.

And that moment? It was the beginning of a very low-effort, very real way to keep stacking Amazon rewards without lifting a finger.

So What’s the Tool?

It’s called Microsoft Rewards, and here’s how it works:

✔️ I added the Microsoft Rewards browser extension (free, easy, takes 20 seconds).
✔️ It gives me points when I search, browse, and sometimes shop online, no extra steps.
✔️ I use Bing instead of Google once in a while (you can set it as your default and switch back if you want).
✔️ Those points add up, and I redeem them for, you guessed it, Amazon gift cards.

At first, I thought, “Okay, cool, maybe I’ll earn like 50 cents in a year.”
But nope. Within a couple of weeks, I had enough points for a $5 card. And now, I treat it like a little passive income stream that fuels my Amazon habit.

Why I Love It

It’s the kind of thing that makes me feel sneaky-smart. Like I’m getting rewarded just for doing what I already do. No surveys. No catch. Just… points.
And I get this little dopamine hit every time I check my balance and see it inching up. It’s like “quiet winning.”

Last month, I used my points to buy one of those sink organizers I’ve been eyeing, makes my kitchen look like a Pinterest board. Zero guilt. All reward.

What’s Next?

In the next email, I’ll show you my favorite Target savings trick that most people miss, it’s not in the app or on the receipt. It’s hiding in plain sight.

P.S. If you’ve got a browser add-on or cashback site that’s worked well for you, hit reply, I’m always looking for more clever, lazy ways to save 😄
